I had some cherry pie filling left over from my cherry pie recipe and decided to test out this cherry pie cheesecake. It was delish!
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 Block of Cream Cheese
- 1 Tub Whipped Topping
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Can Cherry Pie filling (or about 2 cups of homemade pie filling)
- Mix cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread mixture onto graham crackers crust.
- Top with cherry pie filling and viola!
